With a diverse array of backgrounds, our teachers bring a wealth of experience and expertise in various dance styles, from ballet to hip-hop, contemporary to jazz and much more.
Our teachers focus on sculpting and molding each dancer, helping them develop not only technical skills but also confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Each class is designed to challenge students while fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive.
They also recognizing that every student is unique, our teachers take the time to get to know each dancer’s individual strengths and areas for improvement. They provide personalized feedback and encouragement, ensuring that every student feels valued and motivated to reach their full potential.

Rachel Harris
Rachel started training in 2014 to became a dance teacher and graduated with distinction in all areas of dance.
She has competed at a high level all her life and has since taken many teams to victory with her amazing choreography. Rachel has performed throughout Europe on numerous projects and understands what it takes to be part of the performing arts world but also knows that dance needs to be fun.
Rachel’s passion for dance and teaching will be an amazing asset to our academy
We are so privileged that Rachel is part of the Reign team and she will help teach and support the next generation of dancers.
Adam Ashford
Adam has gained extensive qualifications in dance and the theatrical arts
Studying at the prestigious Urdang Academy in London graduating in 2016
Adam has many credits to his name from working on music videos to movies such as Disney’s disenchanted and movies for Warner bros to choreographing shows in the MAC theatre and working in TV with many well known names
Adam is an amazing talent with progressive and innovative ideas and is excited to start implementing them at our school
we are blessed to have him on board to help educate the next generation of performers.
Laura Patton
Laura Patton has trained since the age of 3 in all styles of dance and has gone on to become a RAD instructor.
Laura has performed and competed within the dance industry and knows exactly what it takes to become a confident performer within the arts.
Lauras passion is passing on her knowledge and teaching a high standard of dance to help take our students through their dance grades and to create the next generation of dancers.
Kristopher Leckey
Kristopher grew up locally in Bangor and trained with the late Susan McMillian RAD and was a member of the 2016 Great Britain Trampoline Squad.
At 16 he left Northern Ireland to study full time at Bodywork Dance Company, Cambridge on a full scholarship where he completed his dance training in 2019. After graduating he embarked into professional dance work for Carnival Cruise Lines as Dancer/Singer for 5 years.

Gráinne Bowles
Gráinne is a fully qualified teacher, vocalist, actor & director with over 20 years of experience in the field of Performing Arts Education. Gráinne has supported 100s of individuals in achieving their potential as professional performers, with several having gone on to have successful, high profile careers in the Industry. Gráinne has coached several of her students to achieve degree places at a range of prestigious conservatoir
Erin Thorman
At Reign we believe in helping our dancers to improve and excel while having fun as part of a dance family.
Erin's passion for excellent and attention for detail is unparalleled, Erin is an amazing asset to Reign academy.
Erin competed at a young age and has now gone on to help build our team to become Irish champions and to become part of the Northern Ireland dance team at the 2025 dance World Cup.
